水杨酸和油菜素内酯对黄芪种子萌发的影响

- 为了促进黄芪的人工栽培,采用0.05、0.10、0.50和1.00 mmol?L-1水杨酸溶液和0.01%、0.05%、0.10%、0.50%的油菜素内酯溶液处理黄芪种子,研究不同浓度水杨酸和油菜素内酯对黄芪种子萌发的影响。结果表明:0.50 mmol?L-1水杨酸和0.05%油菜素内酯浸种能最大程度提高黄芪发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,能够促进黄芪种子萌发和出苗整齐。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the artificial cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus,the effect of different concentrations of salicylic acid and brassinolide on seed germination of Astragalus membranaceus were studied.The results showed that the effect of soaking in 0.5 mmol?L-1 salicylic acid and 0.05% brassinolide on the seed germination was the best,it could increase the germination rate,germination index,germinability and vigor index.
