- 为推进朱顶红工厂化育苗进程,研究不同栽培介质配方对朱顶红主根数量、主根长度和球径的影响。结果表明: T3(园土:泥炭:沙=1:1:0.5)、T4(泥炭:珍珠岩=8:2)和T5(泥炭:沙:珍珠岩=7:2:1)处理的根系数量极显著小于对照,主根长度和球周径极显著大于对照,均较适合朱顶红的栽培。T4、T5两种栽培介质可作为朱顶红工厂化、规模化栽培使用。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote process of industrial seeding,the effect of different substrates formula on taproot number,taproot length and bulb growth of amaryllis were studied.The results showed that taproot number of treatment T3(gardensoil:peat:sand=1:1:0.5),T4(peat:perlite=8:2),T5(peat:sand:perlite=7:2:1) were lower than CK,taproot length and bulb growth were higher than CK, which were suitable for cultivation of amaryllis.Treatment T4 and T5 could be used as amaryllis factory large-scale cultivation.
