番茄耐高温种质资源的筛选研究

- 为筛选耐高温的番茄种质资源,以20份番茄品种为材料,测定番茄苗期质膜透性和游离脯氨酸的含量以评价其耐热性。结果表明:坐果率与质膜透性呈负相关性,与游离脯氨酸含量呈正相关性。01568、01206和01217三个品种为耐热材料。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen heat-resistance germplasm resources of tomato,taking twenty tomato varieies as materials, membrane permeability and free proline content were determined to evaluate heat-resistance at seedling stage.The result showed that the fruit setting rate and membrane permeability were negatively correlated,and the free proline content was positively correlated.Three Varities 01568,01206 and 01217 had high heat-resistance .
