- 为了选育优良的烟叶品种,对贵烟2号和2010A4两个品种(系)在天柱烟区进行了综合鉴定。结果表明:两个品种(系)株高、有效叶、腰叶长及宽均好于对照K326;大田生育期贵烟2号与K326接近,2010A4生育期较K326长;两品种(系)产值低于K326;根茎性病害贵烟2号抗性较差,低于K326,2010A4抗病性能与K326接近;两个参试品种(系)烟碱含量较为适中,钾、总糖及还原糖均较高,贵烟2号烟叶钾含量较为突出,氯含量偏低;中部烤烟叶的吸食品质前五项综合得分低于对照。综合来看,2010A4宜再次进行配套试验;贵烟2号不宜在天柱根茎性病害严重的烟区推广,但其钾含量高,有一定的优质烟叶特点,可选择区域示范种植。
- Abstract:
- In order to breed good tobacco varieties,taking Guiyan 2 and 2010A4 as materials.Their traits were evaluated in Tianzhu tobacco growing areas.The results showed that plant height,effective leaves,length and width of waist leaf of two varieties(lines)were better than K326(CK);growing period in the field of Guiyan 2 was close to that of K326,growth period of 2010A4 was longer than K326;output value of two varieties(lines)was less than K326;resistance for root disease of Guiyan 2 was poor which was less than that of K326,2010A4 resistance was close to that of K326;nicotine content of two tested varieties(lines) was moderate,content of potassium,total sugar and reducing sugar of two tested varieties(lines)were higher,potassium content of Guiyan 2 was more prominent,its chlorine content was low;the smoking quality comprehensive scores of fluecured tobacco middle leaves of two tested varieties(lines)were lower than the control.Therefore,match test was better to conduct;Guiyan 2 should not generalize in serious diseases areas of Tianzhu county,but the potassium content of Guiyan 2 was high and it had the high quality tobacco characteristics,it could be planted in choosing regional demonstration.
