农村城镇化与新农村建设紧密相关，是解决“三农”问题的关键，农村城镇化建设需要大量的人力和物力，且离不开金融的支持。为加快农村城镇化发展，以促进我国经济、社会和文化的发展，在分析农村城镇化发展的金融支持现状和金融需求的基础上，探讨了金融支持的作用机制，进而提出了黑龙江省农村城镇化发展的金融支持模式。

Rural urbanization is closely related to the new rural construction and is the key to solve the three rural issues.Rural urbanization construction requires a lot of manpower and material resources,it also cannot leave the financial support.In order to accelerate the rural urbanization development to promote the economic,social and cultural development of China,the present situation of the rural urbanization of financial support and the financial demand were analyzed,the mechanism of financial support was discussed,and then the financial support mode for rural urbanization development of Heilongjiang province was put forward.
