- 为优化工布乌头中生物碱的测定方法,采用HPLC法测定工布乌头中新乌头碱、塔拉萨敏和乌头碱的含量。结果表明:采用10%氨水1 mL、乙醚20 mL,浸泡24 h后超声处理30 min可有效地对工布乌头中生物碱进行定量分析。
- Abstract:
- In order to optimize the extracting method of alkaloids in Aconitum kongboense L.,the content of mesaconitine,talatisamine and aconitine were determined by HPLC.The results showed that 10% ammonia 1 mL,ether 20 mL,soak for 24 h,30 min after ultrasonic treatment could be used to the quantitative analysis of the alkaloids of Aconitum kongboense L..
