- 为了解决夏季百合茎生根生长缓慢影响切花质量的问题,研究了叶面喷施B1和兴农宝典116肥对百合茎生根根长、根层数和根数的影响。结果表明:喷施B1、116肥的各处理均促进了切花百合茎生根萌发,但喷施116肥对切花百合茎生根数量和长度的影响不大。叶面喷施B1的各处理,百合茎生根长度、茎生根数随着喷施浓度的加大反而降低,其中B1喷施浓度为0.5 mg?L-1时,效果最好。
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the rhizogenesis problem of rhizogenesis in stem of summer lily which affecting the quality of cut flower,the effect of B1 and 116 fertilizer on the rhizogenesis length for foliar application,rhizogenesis number of layers and rhizogenesis number of lily were studied.The results showed that all treatments spraying B1and 116 promoted the rhizogenesis of lily germination,but the treatment spraying 116 had less effect on the length and number of rhizogenesis in stem.With the increasing of the B1concentration,length and number of rhizogenesis in stem were decreasing,concentration of B1was 0.5 g.L-1 and that had the best effect.
