- 为了筛选黑龙江省籽用南瓜优良种质资源,对22份籽用南瓜资源的47个性状进行变异性和相关性分析。结果表明:籽用南瓜资源17个数量性状的变异系数中,以叶裂片数的变异系数最大,高达229.03%,其次为叶柄粗、主茎长、单瓜种子数、叶柄长、百粒重、单株结瓜数和瓜纵径。种子百粒重与种子长度呈极显著正相关,相关系数高达0.72,种子百粒重与瓜纵径的相关系数也达0.59,百粒重与种子周缘、种子宽度、种喙形状的相关系数均大于0.40。
- Abstract:
- In order to screen good germplasm of seeds-used pumpkin in Heilongjiang province,the botanical diversity of 22 kinds of seed-used pumpkin resources was analyzed to discuss the differences and correlation of characters variability.The results showed that there were differences between the 17 quantitative characteristic of variation coefficient,for example,the number of leaf lobes was highest,its value was 229.03%,followed by petiole width,main stem length,the seed number per melon,petiole length,100-seed weight,melon’s number per plant and longitudinal diameter of melons.Meanwhile,the weight of hundred seed and the length of seed were extremely significant positive relation,the correlation coefficient was 0.72,the correlation coefficient between weight of hundred seed and longitudinal diameter of melons was 0.59.The correlation coefficient of weight of hundred seed with seed spectrometry,seed width and beak shapes were all more than 0.40.
