- 为探讨采用GC-MS对腰果种仁中的脂肪酸分析的可行性。利用索氏提取法提取腰果种仁中的脂肪酸,经甲酯化处理后,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对所得脂肪酸进行成分分析和鉴定。结果共分离出16种化合物,占脂肪酸总量的99.84%。腰果种仁主要的脂肪酸成分为油酸38.02%,亚油酸39.66%,棕榈酸6.45%,棕榈油酸3.13%,硬脂酸3.09%,亚麻酸4.34%。
- Abstract:
- The fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L.were extracted by Soxhlet extraction were identified by GC-MS after been esterified to discuss the feasibility of analyzing the fatty acids in seeds of Anacardium occidentale L.by GC-MS.The results showed that 16 comPounds were isolated and identified,which was 99.84% of the total fatty acids.The comPosition of fatty acids in seeds of Macadamia sPP.included 9-octadecenoic acids(38.02%),9,12-octadecadienoic acid(39.66%),Palmitic acid(6.45%),9-hexadecenoic acid(3.13%),octadecanoic acid(3.09%),and linolenic acid(4.34%).
