- 侧孢芽孢杆菌BL-1是一株多功能生防菌,试验证明它对多种农作物病原真菌与细菌具有抑制作用。在生物防治领域,侧孢芽孢杆菌具有广阔的应用前景。通过测定侧孢芽孢杆菌BL-1对部分病原真菌和细菌的抑制效果,并对其依次进行紫外线诱变、DES诱变和亚硝酸诱变3次诱变处理,最终获得一株高产突变株HBL-B26,其效价值由最初的15AU·mL-1提高到64.48AU·mL-1,约是出发菌株BL-1的4.3倍,后经过传代10次试验表明,该菌株的遗传性能比较稳定。
- Abstract:
- Bacillus laterosporus?BL-1 was inhibitory to Magnaporthe grisea,Fusarium graminearum and other phytopathogenic fungi.It can also inhibit the reproduction of Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and some other bacteria.For these reasons,Bacillus laterosporus may play an important role in the field of biological control.In the research,the inhibitory effect of BL-1 to some phytopathogenic fungi and bacteria were tested.The high-yield mutant strain HBL-B26 was obtained from BL-1 by series of mutagenic treatment,i.e.UV,DES and HNO2.The activity of fermentation liquid of HBL-B26 was 64.48AU·mL-1,which was 4.3 times more than the initial strain BL-1.Subculture test indicated that the hereditary character of HBL-B26 was stable.
