摘要:
阐述了农村经纪人的作用和万元增收工程需要重点培养的6类农村经纪人；分析了当前重庆市农村经纪人发展还存在管理分散、执业行为不规范、相关政策和服务不够、规模小,整体素质不高等问题，进而提出培养和发展“两翼”区县农村经纪人的对策，即重视农村经纪人队伍建设、多途径宣传与农村经纪人相关的法律法规、加快农村经纪人队伍发展、加大培训力度和引导。
Abstract:
It clarified the role of rural brokers and 6 kinds of rural brokers needed by the income increasing project.The development of rural brokers in Chongqing was analyzed.There were still some problems,such as:management decentralization,irregular activity,inadequate relative policy and service,low overall quality,etc.Then the correspondence countermeasures were put forward,they were paying attention to the construction of rural brokers,propagating relative laws in many ways,accelerating the development of rural brokers,strengthening force and introduction of training.
