- 以肾蕨匍匐茎茎尖为外植体, 对离体再生培养技术进行了研究。 结果表明:GGB 的最佳诱导培养基为 MS+BA0.7 mg·L -1 , 诱导率为95%;GGB增殖培养基为 MS+BA0.7 mg·L -1 , 增殖系数为5.3;孢子体诱导培养基为MS+BA0.7 mg·L -1 +NAA0.7 mg·L -1 , 诱导率可达到 82%;适合诱导生根培养基为 MS+NAA0.2 mg·L -1 +0.1%Ac, 生根率为100%。
- Abstract:
- Using the stem apex of the stolon of Nephrolepisauriculata as explants, the study on in vito culture was conduc-ted.The results showed that the most appropriate induction culture medium of GGB was MS +BA0.7 mg·L -1 , the ratio ofinduction was 95%.The most proper multiplication medium was MS+BA0.7 mg·L -1 , multiplication coefficient was to be5.3;The medium for GGB to shoot was MS+BA0.7 mg·L -1 +NAA0.7 mg·L -1 , rate of inducement was 82%;The mostappropriate roots-planting culture medium was MS +NAA0.2 mg·L -1 +1.0% Ac, and the rooting rate wasup to 100%.
