- 小麦赤霉病是小麦生产中的重要病害, 由于其抗性属数量性状遗传, 易受环境影响, 抗性改良进展缓慢, 分子标记辅助选择被认为是提高抗性改良效率的有效途径。综述了苏麦3 号、望水白及其它小麦抗源材料分子标记的研究进展, 探讨了小麦赤霉病分子标记现状及辅助育种改善赤霉病抗性的应用前景。
- Abstract:
- Fusarium head blight is a dev astating disea se in w heat-gr owing .Scab r esistance is contr olled by multiplegenes whose effects a re gr eatly inf lue nced by environment.This complexity has made scab-resistance breedingvery difficult.The availability of molecular marker s and marker maps has fo stered the prog ress o f scab-resistancegenetics .This paper hig hlig hted the prog ress o f molecula r markers in Sumai No .3, Wang shuibai and other w hea tFusarium head blight r esistant sour ce .The prog ress of mo lecular ma rke r in wheat FHB resistance and the prospectof the develo pment we re discussed.
