摘要:
“ 增加农民收入”是建设社会主义新农村的重要任务之一。黑龙江省作为重要的商品粮生产基地, 对确保我国“粮食安全” 发挥着重要作用。但由于单纯粮食生产和城乡二元结构等因素制约, 长期以来农民收入水平却不高, 增收速度较缓慢。根据在尚志市河东乡的调查, 分析了当前农民主要收入来源和增收中的瓶颈问题, 并提出具体对策。以实现在保证粮食生产能力不断增加的情况下, 促进农村经济发展和实现农民大幅度增收的目标。
Abstract:
“ Incr ea sing the income of the farme rs” is a n impor tant pa rt o f co nstr ucting the so cialism new countryside.As the impor tant commodity g rain produc tion base , H eilongjiang province has played a vital r ole in keeping "the food security"for our co unt ry .Because of the pure g rain pro ductio n, the ur ban and r ural structure and o therfactor s, the income level of the fa rmers has actually been low fo r year s, the increasing speed o f income is not high ,either .Acco rding to inve stigation in the Hedong town of the Shang zhi, the curr ent major sour ces of income offarmer s and pro blems of increa sing their income w ere analy zed , and put fo rw ard some specific countermeasures o npromo ting rural eco nomic and the increasing the income of the farme rs in the co nditio n of increa sing of the g rainproduction capacity .
