- 选用晋旱125 ×(昔野×501)杂交组合的亲本及后代所产生的有代表性的四个特殊类型73-1(尖叶白花)、73-2(圆叶紫花)、73-3(圆叶白花)、73-4(尖叶紫花)为试验材料, 分别在正常供水和干旱胁迫的条件下, 测定苗期和花荚期的POD、SOD、CAT 等与抗旱性相关的保护酶指标, 并对株高、株荚数、百粒重等农艺性状进行综合分析, 还对亲本和子代的抗旱性差异情况用抗旱性隶属函数值(D 值)进行了综合的测评, 结果表明:干旱胁迫下,不同品系的保护酶活性均有所变化, 且在不同时期, 各种酶的变化程度不同;在大豆对水分最为敏感的花荚期对SOD、POD、CAT 的活性进行测定和分析, 采用抗旱隶属函数值的方法综合测评, 认为这一群体中抗旱性从强到弱的次序为:晋旱125 、73-2(圆叶紫花)、昔野×501 、73-1(尖叶白花)、73-3(圆叶白花)、73-4(尖叶紫花)。
- Abstract:
- In this paper , fo ur special repre sentativ e ty pes from a cro ss betw een Jinhan125(Xiey e 501)were selectedas test ma te rials , they we re 73-1(sha rp leaf and white flower), 73-2(ro und leaf and pur ple flow er), 73-3(ro undleaf and w hite flowe r), 73-4(sha rp leaf and purple flowe r).In the study , in the conditio n o f normal w ater supplyand droug ht st ress, index es o f pro tecting enzyme relevant to dr ought-r esistance in the periods of y oung plant andflower-po dding w ere determined.The inde xes w ere activ ities of POD, SOD, CA T.Additionally , ag ricultural cha racte rs such as heig ht o f plant, total pods, hundr ed-seed weight and so o n wer e comprehensively analyzed.Also ,drought-resistant differ ence betw ee n pa rents and descendants w as comprehensively ev aluated by subor dinate functionva lue , the r esults showed :I n the conditio n of dr ought stress, activity of protecting enzymes of various v arie tieschanged and the cha nging ex tents o f enzyme s w ere distinct in different perio ds.So , activity of protecting enzymecould be utilized as one of the indexe s compressively evaluating droug ht-resistance of soy beans .During the breedingperio d, the flower-po dding pe rio d was the mo st se nsitive to water content , in this perio d, activities of POD,SOD and CAT w ere determined and analy zed .Simultaneously , the method of droug ht-resistant subo rdina te functionvalue w as employ ed to assess comprehensively .The o rder of dr ought-re sistance of the g r oup was consideredas follow ing :Jinhan125, 73-2(ro und leaf and purple flowe r), (Xiye 501), 73-1(sharp leaf and white flow er), 73-3(round leaf and white flow er), 73-4(sha rp leaf and purple flower).
