- 植物微棱技术是根据遗传学杂色体畸变的原理而建立的一种环境污染的生物监测方法。大豆对污聚物比较敏感,容易获得间期细胞,以大豆为材料的微核实验是进行环境监测一条行之有效的途径。本文简要介绍了植物微核技术,并对大豆微核实验在环境监洲中的应用进行了综述。
- Abstract:
- Plant micronucleus technology based on the chromosomal deformation is widely applicated to detect the environment. Soybean is sensirive to environment pollutants and easy to obtain interphasal cell. It was known that soybean micronucleus technology was useful in this field. The micronucleus technology and the application of soybean micronucleus technology in environment detecting were sum- merized.
