- 对1999 ~ 2005 年间黑龙江省大豆审定品种的品质进行了初步分析, 结果表明, 蛋白质含量在37 %~ 44 .5 %之间的占总数的94 %;脂肪含量在18 %~ 22 .5 %之间的占总数的83 .2 %;播种面积在667 hm2 以上的有40 个, 占总数的48 .2 %, 蛋白质平均含量为39 .9 %, 脂肪含量平均为20 .97 %;并对品质与生物性状的相关关系进行了初步分析。
- Abstract:
- This paper briefly int roduced the quality of appro ved soy bean varieties in HeilongjiangProvince f rom 1999 to 2005 .Result s show ed that the number of v ariety w hose pro tein contentranging f rom 37 % to 44 .5 % reached 94 percent .The number o f variety w hoe s oil co ntent ranging f rom 18 % to 22 .5 % reached 83 .2 pe rcent .The number of the variety plant ing area morethan 667m2 w as 40 , w hich w as 48 .2 pe rcent o f the total.The mean co ntent o f pro tein and oilwere 39 .9 % and 20 .97 %, respectiv ly .Cor relat ion be tw een v ariety quality and bio-characters w asalso analyzed .
