摘要:
黑龙江省种植业技术推广体系健全, 是我省农业技术推广的主体, 长期以来承担了国家和省级重大农业技术推广工作, 对提高粮食综合生产能力, 促农增收, 提高农民素质, 稳定农村经济做出了积极的贡献。
Abstract:
Heilongjiang plant ing ex tensive system is perfect , w hich is the main body of our provincialAgro -technical ex tend .In the long run i t takes o n both pro vincial and country’s w ork andmake po sitive cont ribut ions to improve integ ral pro duct ion ability o f cereal , increase peasant s’income, rai se farmers’quali ty , and make rural economy stable , etc .
