摘要:
针对科研单位物化科技成果开发经营中存在的问题, 通过多年实践, 总结出了具有水稻所特点的管理办法。较好地解决了科技成果开发, 经营中的管理、分配、积累与研究所发展的关系。
Abstract:
Co nsidering that there are some problems of agricultural techniques ex tension and managementin ag riculture institutal ,weput fo rw ard a special management w ay , by w hich can effectively copew ith the relationship betw een capi tal management , distribute , accumulat ion and the development ofinstitutes in ex tension and management of agricultural science and technology .
