- 以黑龙江省农业科学院为案例，阐述了农业科技档案的分类与作用，分析了农业科技档案管理工作中存在的主要问题：科技档案分散、归档率低、档案管理保管不规范、管理方式落后以及档案开发利用有限等。针对农业档案管理中存在的问题，提出了加强农业科技档案管理的5项措施,即加强科技档案收集和管理力度、加强各科研院所档案管理工作的合作、完善农业科技档案管理制度、加强农业科技档案的开发利用以及运用现代化的方式方法管理农业科技档案。
- Abstract:
- The classification and function of agricultural science and technology archives were described,taking Heilongjiang academy of agricultural sciences for example，the main problems of agricultural science and technology archives were analyzed,including dispersion of technology archives,low rate of filing,irregular management of archives,back ward in management,limited development and utilization of archives and so on.In view of the problems existing in the agricultural archives management,measure of agricultural archives management were proposed,they were strengthen collection and archives management,strengthen cooperation of scientific research institution about management of archives,improve the system of agricultural science and technology archives management,strengthen the development and utilization and use modern methods to manage agricultural science and technology archives.
