摘要:
经诱导抗病性测定, 供试6 种镰刀菌菌株均能诱导玉米抗青枯病。F1 对Py thium graminicola 的诱导效果最好, 用F1 注射诱导接种和土壤诱导接种的诱导效果分别为100 %和 88 %。F5 对F usarium graminearum 的诱导效果最好, 用F5 注射诱导接种和土壤诱导接种诱导效果均达100 %。以播前土壤诱导接种法效果好, 持效期长, 且能改善玉米农艺性状。
Abstract:
The determination of induced resistance showed that six inducing strains of Fusarium could induce resistance of corn to corn stalk ro t .The induced pro tection caused by F1 for Py thium raminicola w as the best , the effects of F1 inject ion and soil inoculat ion w ere 100 % and 88 % respectively .The induced protection caused by F5 fo r F .graminearum was the best , the induced ef fects of the forenamed methods were all 100 %.The effect of soil inoculation before sow ing w as the best and i ts protection period could be kept longer , w hich could improve the agronomic character of corn .
