摘要:
利用生物因子镰刀菌菌株F1 和F5 , 针对玉米青枯病主要致病菌禾生腐霉菌(Py thiumgraminicola)和禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum )进行诱导玉米抗青枯病技术研究。研究结果表明, 注射诱导接种法和土壤诱导接种法均能获得良好的免疫效果;以播前土壤诱导接种法为最佳, 效果好, 持效期长。当迟滞期为16 d 时, 挑战后63 d 诱导效果仍为100 %。土壤诱导接种法最佳迟滞期是16 d , 注射诱导接种法的最佳迟滞期是10 d 。
Abstract:
:Using biological factor fusarium st rains F1 and F5 , the induced techniques of resistance tocorn stalk rot w ere studied respectively di rected at the major pathogens Pythium graminicola andFusarium graminearum .The result showed that two induced methods of injection and soil inoculation could get good immunity results .The effect of soil inoculation before sowing w as the best and i tspro tection period could be kept longer .When the lag period w as 16 days , the induced effect af ter 63days challenge inoculation remained 100 %.The best lag period of soil inducing inoculation w as 16days , for injection inoculation i t w as 10 day s .
