- 采用人工接种的方法,对三个抗感不同品种的小麦赤霉病发病率与病情指数之间关系进行了田间小区试验,经对试验结果的拟合,得出了3个品种小麦赤霉病发病率与病情指数间的关系符合y= ax· ebx模型,其中抗病品种新克旱9号为y= 0. 3451x· e0. 00690x ,较抗品种信阳861为y= 0. 4178x· e0. 00679x ,高感品种陕农7859为y= 0. 5290x· e0. 00608x。试验结果可使小麦赤霉病的流行预测得出的病穗率与病害损失估计所要求的病情指数间得以衔接,进而为正确指导防治提供依据。
- Abstract:
- Based on the results of field experiments with three cultivars, equations of the relation betw een incidence and disease severi ty of w heat scab were deriv ed and the relation could fit in with the curv e y= a· x· ebx ( y- disease index , x- incidence) , wi th resistant v ariety XIN KEHAN- 9: y= 0. 3451x· e0. 0069x ; w ith medium resistant variety XINY ANG- 861: y= 0. 4178x· e0. 00679x and wi th high susceptible variety SHANNON G- 7859: y= 0. 5290x· e0. 00608x . From the results mentioned above, the disease index could be get f rom the incidence and the yield loss caused by wheat scab could be calculated more correctly based on the disease index .
