- 利用花粉管通道法, 将含有ipt 基因的Ti 质粒导入大豆品种:绥农8 号、黑农36 、庆丰1 号, 其变异后代光合特性及农艺性状发生变化:功能叶片叶绿素含量提高, 光合速率加快。株高、分枝数、单株荚数、单株粒重及百粒重发生较大变化。
- Abstract:
- By pollen tube pathw ay method , the plasmid w ith ipt -gene has been t ransferred into Suinong 8 , Heinong 36 and Qingfeng 1 .Their variation lines changed in photosy thetic and agronomic trait s .Chlorophy ll contents of functional leaves increased .photosythetic rates w ere fast .Plant height , branch number , pods number per plant , seed w eight per plant and 100 -seed weight changed favorably
