- 小麦小孢子培养技术是一种获得双单倍体的高效方法,具有快速实现纯合基因、缩短育种年限、提高选择效率等优势,其培养的组织也是遗传转化的优良受体,已成为小麦育种和遗传研究关键生物技术之一。通过综述小麦小孢子培养技术的发展历程,分析了小孢子胚胎发生及植株再生的主要影响因素,以及该技术在小麦育种和遗传研究中的应用,并对目前小麦小孢子技术存在的问题进行了探讨。
- Abstract:
- Wheat microspore culture technology is an efficient method for obtaining double haploids, showing the advantages of rapid homozygosity of heterozygous genes, shortening breeding period, and improving breeding efficiency. The tissues cultivated through this technology are also excellent receptors for genetic transformation, making it one of the key biotechnologies in wheat breeding and genetic research. This article reviewed the development of wheat microspore culture technology, the main factors influencing microspore embryoid induction and plant regeneration, as well as the application of this technology in wheat breeding and genetic research. Additionally, it discussed the current issues with wheat microspore technology.
