- 以红色大花月季为试材，研究了2，4-D对红色大花月季硬枝扦插影响。结果表明：红色大花月季扦插适宜的2，4-D浓度为25 mg·L-1，浸泡的适宜时间为15 min，此时愈伤组织和根系的生长量及成活率最高。
- Abstract:
- With the Hybrid Tea for materials,the effect of 2,4-D on the Hybrid Tea hard branch cutting was studied.The results showed that the most suitable concentration and soaking time for cutting propagation were 25 mg·L-1 and solution soaking for 15 minutes.At this time the callus and root growth and survival rate were the highest.
