- 从动机分析的角度切入, 分析了黑龙江穆棱林区职工继续教育目标与需求的特征, 得出林区职工的继续教育具有动机复合化、目标集中化、目的同一化的特点, 提示了林区职工在林区在陷入“三危” 局面后努力改变生活境况的迫切需求。针对林区职工继续教育需求目标的特征, 提出了做好职工再教育的思路。
- Abstract:
- From the point of view of motiv e inve stiga tion and analy sis , characteristics w ere analyzed in fo rest wo rkers’ continuing education needs and objectiv es in Muling Forestr y Bureau .The results showed that fore st wo rkers’ continuing educatio n too k o n complexity in motives , decentralizatio n in o bjectives and the same characteristicsin pur po ses .The inv estiga tion sugg ested that fo rest w o rke rs needed urg ently changing their situation of the lifefrom the “ three-risk” situatio ns .The methods and strategies w ere pro po sed for implementing the fo rest wo rkers’continuing educatio n o n basis of the requirement go als’ characteristics of fo rest wo rker s.
