摘要:
开发农村人力资源是推进农村经济发展的需要, 也是解决三农问题的关键所在。当前我国农村人力资源的开发现状不容乐观, 仍然会长期面临一些问题, 大力开发农村人力资源, 需要采取政府重视、提高农民收入、深化教育体制改革、推进城镇化进程、加大农村教育投资、开拓国际劳务市场、建设农村人力资源开发体系等对策措施。
Abstract:
It is impo rtant to develop rural human re sour ce .It is the key to so lve the thr ee dimensio nal rur al issuesand impro ve r ural economy .At present we are no t optimistic o f rural human re sour ce as some pro blems have no tsolv ed.We need to take g ove rnment rega rd, im pr ove farmer income , deepen education system r eform , boo st tow ncourse , incr ease rural educa tion inve stment , e xploit inte rnatio nal labo r market , build rural human resource developmentsy stem.
