摘要:
病毒侵染造成马铃薯种薯退化, 严重影响了马铃薯的品质和产量, 大面积推广脱毒种薯是解决马铃薯种薯退化行之有效的措施。结合生产实践, 就马铃薯脱毒微型薯繁育技术和脱毒小薯工厂化生产等关键技术进行了综述, 同时还对当前脱毒种薯繁种体系存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。
Abstract:
Virus infectio n caused po ta to deg radation and influenced the quality and y ield, pr omo tion o f virus-fr eepo tato is an effective mea sure to resolv e the potato deg rada tion .The technique o f breeding v ir us-free mini-po tato ,industrial pro duction and other key technique w ere summa rized accor ding to the practice , meanw hile , ana lyzed anddiscussed the problem ex isted in v ir us-free po ta to breeding system .
