- 1994 年从美国引入Hobbit 优异种质, 利用单交、回交、梯级杂交的方法成功育成适宜密植的半矮秆高油大豆品种(系)合丰42 和超高产半矮秆大豆合98-1667 , 以及高油、高产大豆新品系合辐04-4、合辐04-38、合辐04-46 、合辐04-52、合辐04-60 , 这些高油品系脂肪含量在23 .1 %~ 24 .2 %, 是未来高油大豆生产和高油育种宝贵种质。通过研究表明:Hobbit 具有超高产潜力的矮源, 也是高油育种优异大豆种质资源。
- Abstract:
- Hobbit of elite so ybean g ermplasm resources wa s intro duced fr om Ame rican in 1994.It was successfullybred some v arie ties by sing le c ross , backcr oss , three-w ay cro ss such as the Solid-Seeded-Simed-w arf Hefeng 42 ofhigh-oil soy bean v arie ty , semid-wa rf so ybean new lines He98-1667 o f super hig h-y ield, and some high-oil hig hyield so ybean new lines Hefu 04-4, Hefu 04-38 , Hefu 04-46, Hefu 04-52 , Hefu 04-60.The oil co nte nt of the hig hoilsoy bean new line s we re betw ee n 23 .1 % and 24.2%, they wo uld be hig h-yield cultivar and elite soy bean ge rmplasmresources in breeding .Research re sults indicated:Ho bbit is elite soy bea n g ermplasm resour ces in superhigh-yield breeding and hig h-oil breeding .
