摘要:
收集成年绵羊卵巢标本, 采用免疫组织化学的方法检测EGFR 蛋白在绵羊卵巢组织中的表达情况。研究结果表明, 在绵羊卵巢中EGFR 蛋白的表达具有时空特异性, 它集中分布在发育各阶段的卵泡颗粒细胞中, 并随卵泡的发育程度表现出表达量的差异。本研究说明EGFR 与其配体EGF 结合具有刺激颗粒细胞增殖分化、促进卵丘扩展和刺激卵母细胞成熟的功能。
Abstract:
Adult sheep ova rian specime ns w ere co llected and EGFR pr otein ex pression in sheep o varian o rganizationsw as de tected by the Immunochistochemistry detection methods .In sheep ov arian expressio n of EGFR pro teinspecificity o f time and space , it mainly in the developmenta l stage Gr anulo sa cell, and w ith the developme nt of follicledemonstra ted ex pr essio n o f differences .The study found EGFR and EGF could stimula te distribution folliclece ll div ide and stimulate oo cyte matura tion .
