- 利用体细胞胚对胡萝卜进行离体再生, 具有数量多、速度快、成苗率高、染色体稳定等优点。影响胡萝卜体细胞胚发生的因素很多, 主要集中于基因型、外植体、激素配比、基本培养基等方面。对影响胡萝卜体细胞胚建成关键因素进行综述, 以为提高胡萝卜体细胞胚的诱导频率、建立高效的胡萝卜离体再生体系和以胡萝卜为受体的植物遗传转化体系提供参考。
- Abstract:
- There a re many adv antages to regenerate car rot by using somatic embryo gesis , such a s larg e quantities ,quickness , hig h efficiency of shoo ting and stability o f chromsomes.Geno type , e xplant , the ra tion o f planthor emones, the basic medium are the main facto rs inf lucing carr ot somatic embry og esis.On the pur po se of incr easing theinducible fr eque ncy o f car ro t somatic embryo gesis , giving reference to high efficiency o f car ro t regeneration andtransformatio n, the author reviewed the main facto rs influcing the establishme nt of somatic embr yo gesis a nd itscurrent prog re ss .
