- 从农田水利工程是垦区乃至全国的粮食安全的重要保障、是农业生产的主要基础、在垦区农业经济发展中的地位及在水资源配置中的重要作用共四个方面论述了农田水利工程在本区国民经济发展中的地位和作用。

- This a rticle sta ted the situation a nd function o f farmland w ate r co nserv ancy in na tional economy dev elo pment from four point s.They we re :fa rmland w ater co nser vancy wa s the guar antee of f ood safe ty in reclamatio n ar ea and the whole co untry ;it w as the ba sis of ag ricultural production ;its situation in national eco nomy dev elo pment and func tion in distributio n of w ater resource .
