- 为探寻野生茶条槭高效、稳定的快速繁育技术,以寒地野生茶条槭为材料,研究了不同采穗时间、采穗位置、采穗切口、细胞生长素浓度和生长调节剂配比对茶条槭生根率、腐烂率以及愈伤率的影响。结果表明,在夏季采穗、采集母树上部枝条、采用平截切口,采用外源激素组合浓度为IBA 100 mg·L-1+NAA 100 mg·L-1+6-BA 5 mg·L-1+VB6 10 mg·L-1的溶液浸泡1 h,寒地野生茶条槭扦插生根率最高,可达93.2%。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the efficient and stable rapid breeding technology of wild Acer ginala. In this study, wild tea maple from cold regions was used as the material, the effects of different harvest times, harvest locations, harvest incisions, concentrations of plant growth hormones, and ratios of growth regulators on the rooting rate, rot rate, and callus formation of Acer ginala were investigated. The results showed that the highest rooting rate (93.2%) was achieved by collecting the stems in summer, from the upper branches of the female tree, using a flat cutting method, and soaking the stems for one hour in a solution containing 100 mg·L-1 IBA, 100 mg·L-1 NAA,5 mg·L-1 6-BA, and 10 mg·L-1 VB6.
