- 地方农林类高校肩负教育创新、科技创新、人才培养创新三大重任，学科建设是统筹推进教育、科技、人才“三位一体”改革创新的主要抓手。为快速提升地方农林高等教育服务黑龙江畜牧业发展能力和水平，黑龙江八一农垦大学兽医学学科坚持教育、科技、人才进行“三位一体”统筹谋划、系统建设，从师资队伍建设、研究生培养质量、科学研究创新和社会服务水平四方面着手，全方位推进兽医学学科内涵建设。在教育部第五次科学评估中，兽医学学科实现晋位升级并进入B档，提升了黑龙江省兽医高水平人才自主培养能力和科技创新水平。本文对高质量发展背景下农林高校兽医学学科建设路径进行了回顾和思考，加快构建高质量教育体系，切实肩负起服务社会主义现代化农业强国建设的时代重任。
- Abstract:
- There are three main functions in Agriculture & Forestry University: creative education， creative research and creative knowledge transfer.Agriculture & Forestry University should do more to develop world-class universities and strong disciplines with Chinese features so as to achieve the goal. To promote the high-quality husbandry development， Veterinary Medicine Discipline in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University (HBAU) implemented higher authority organization′s deployment request from the construction of teaching staff， talent training quality， scientific research， and social service function.HBAU Veterinary Medicine Discipline ranked B-grade (30%-40%) in the 5th China Discipline Evaluation. In this paper， we introduced the pathway to high-quality Veterinary Medicine Discipline development in Agriculture & Forestry University so as to accelerat the construction of high quality education system and build our country into a socialist modernization of powerful agricultural country.
