- 为探索沙棘扦插苗生长发育规律,以13个不同血缘沙棘品种的一年生硬枝扦插苗为试验材料,通过调查整个生长季不同月份的株高、地径、成活率及保存率等生长指标,对比分析不同血缘沙棘发育规律与生长速率变化,比较不同沙棘亚种株系的适应性强弱。结果表明:试验材料在6-9月生长量增加显著,其中株高在7月增长最快,地径在6月和9月出现两个增长高峰,中蒙杂交沙棘生长量与棘刺数显著高于蒙古沙棘,参试材料中蒙古沙棘血缘中阜欧沙棘生长量增加最多,杂交沙棘血缘中杂雌优10号生长量增加最多,杂交沙棘的成活率与保存率平均值均高于蒙古沙棘,其适应性优于蒙古沙棘。综上所述,蒙古沙棘亚种株系中阜欧沙棘各方面指标均超过同亚种其他株系,杂交沙棘亚种株系中杂优雄1号与杂雌优10号超过同亚种其他株系。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the growth and development law of seabuckthorn cutting seedlings,the annual hardwood cuttings of 13 different blood related seabuckthorn varieties were used as experimental materials.Through the investigation of growth indexes such as plant height,ground diameter,survival rate and preservation rate in different months of the whole growth season,the development law and growth rate changes of different blood related seabuckthorn were compared and analyzed,and the adaptability among different seabuckthorn subspecies were compared.The results showed that the growth of the test materials increased significantly from June to September,among which the plant height increased the fastest in July,and the ground diameter showed two growth peaks in June and September.The growth and number of thorns of Sino-Mongolian hybrid seabuckthorn were significantly higher than that of Mongolian seabuckthorn.The growth of Fuou seabuckthorn in the blood relationship of Mongolian seabuckthorn increased the most,and the growth of Zaciyou 10 in the blood relationship of hybrid seabuckthorn increased the most,the average survival rate and preservation rate of hybrid seabuckthorn were higher than that of Mongolian seabuckthorn,and its adaptability was better than that of Mongolian seabuckthorn.To sum up,the indexes of seabuckthorn Fuou in Mongolian seabuckthorn subspecies were higher than other lines of the same subspecies,and the hybrid seabuckthorn subspecies Zayouxiong 1 and Zaciyou 10 were higher than other lines of the same subspecies.
