- 为促进工业大麻性别诱导,减少田间人工作业成本,便于品系之间的组配,以工业大麻龙大麻6号为试验材料,探索外源药剂AgNO3和GA3喷施处理对工业大麻性别分化以及花粉生活力的影响。结果表明:AgN3和GA3对工业大麻均有诱雄作用,可以显著降低雌雄植株比例。0.40 mmol·L-1浓度的AgNO3试剂、播种后80 d喷施,诱雄效果最佳。200 mg〗·L-1浓度的GA3试剂、播种后60 d喷施,诱雄效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote sex induction of industrial hemp,reduce the cost of field work and facilitate the combination between lines.In this experiment,industrial hemp Longma 6 was used as experimental materials to investigate the effects of two exogenous agents of AgNO3 and gibberellin(GA3) on sex differentiation and pollenviability of industrial hemp.The results showed that AgNO3 and GA3had male inducing effect on industrial hemp,and could significantly reduce the proportion of famalemale ratio.It was the best effect of male induction to spray 0.40 mmol·L-1 AgNO3?at 80 days after sowing.It was the best effect of male induction to spray 200 mg·L-1?GA3?at 60 days after sowing.
