大豆细菌性斑点病抗感品种的筛选

- 为了更加准确地筛选抗病种质资源,丰富我国抗病种质资源库,同时探究丁香假单胞菌在大豆上的致病机制,本研究选用能够准确鉴定的高压喷雾-涂板调查法,利用分离的假单胞杆菌Psgneau 001菌株接种含有野生大豆基因组背景的全基因组导入系96份大豆材料进行抗性鉴定。结果表明:全基因组导入系共96份材料,其中抗病材料57份,占59%;中抗材料12份,占13%;感病材料27份,占28%。本研究结果可以作为进一步利用导入系群体进行大豆抗细菌性斑点病的基因挖掘基础,同时为大豆的抗细菌性病害育种提供抗病材料。
