- 为促进蚯蚓生物有机肥的应用推广,以小白菜品种华王为试验材料,设置不同梯度蚯蚓生物有机肥与普通有机肥对照共4个处理,对小白菜的生长指标及产量进行测定,并检测小白菜的VC、碳水化合物、蛋白质、膳食纤维和亚硝酸盐含量等品质指标。结果表明:蚯蚓生物肥施用量为500 kg?667 m-2以上时,可以增加小白菜中VC和蛋白质含量,显著提高小白菜产量,并能有效减少小白菜中亚硝酸盐的堆积。
- Abstract:
- In order to promote the application and popularization of earthworm biological organic fertilizer,the pakchoi variety Huawang was used as the test material,four treatments of different gradient earthworm biological organic fertilizer and common organic fertilizer were set up to determine the growth index and yield of pakchoi,and the quality indexes of pakchoi such as VC,carbohydrate,protein,dietary fiber and nitrite content were detected.The results showed that when the application rate of vermicompost was more than 500 kg?667 m-2,the content of VC and protein in pakchoi was increased,the yield of pakchoi was significantly increased,and the accumulation of nitrite in pakchoi was effectively reduced.
