大豆蚜有翅成蚜触角感器超微结构观察

- 为明确大豆蚜(Aphis glycines Matsumura)触角及其感器的外部特征,利用扫描电镜技术,对大豆蚜有翅成蚜触角的整体形态及触角感器的类型、形态、数量与分布进行超微结构观察。结果表明:大豆蚜有翅成蚜触角呈丝状,由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,其中鞭节由4个亚节组成。触角上分布着6种不同类型的嗅觉感器,分别是板型感器(placoid sensillum,ps)、腔锥形感器(coeloconic peg,cp)、毛形感器Ⅰ型(trichoid sensillum typeⅠ,tsⅠ)、毛形感器Ⅱ型(trichoid sensillum typeⅡ,tsⅡ)、钟形感器(campaniform sensillum,cs)及周边具橛感器(peripheral scolopidia,psc)。并进一步对大豆蚜有翅成蚜触角各类型感器的功能进行了分析与预测。
