百合离体快繁体系的建立

- 为筛选适宜百合良种繁育的培养基,本试验以香水百合和西伯利亚百合的鳞片为外植体,接种在不同激素浓度的培养基上,通过对鳞茎的不定芽的诱导、继代、生根、驯化、移栽,试图确立一套系统的百合组培快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明:培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg?L-1+NAA 0.1 mg?L-1时,西伯利亚百合不定芽诱导率最高,为76%,培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg?L-1时,香水百合不定芽诱导率最高,为64%;不定芽的增殖扩繁中,当培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg?L-1+NAA 0.05 mg?L-1时,西伯利亚百合的增殖率最高,为44%,当培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg?L-1+NAA 1.00 mg?L-1时,香水百合增殖率最高,为36%;两品种均在培养基MS+NAA 0.5 mg?L-1时不定芽生根效果较好。
