大豆早熟优异种质资源的耐密性评价

- 为促进东北大豆密植高产栽培和耐密品种选育,以43份大豆资源为材料,设置45万和25万株?hm2两个密度处理,采用田间试验方法,调查盛粒期(R6)倒伏级别、成熟期(R8)倒伏级别及茎秆强度等性状,成熟期进行考种,包括株高、主茎节数、有效分枝数、底荚高、分枝位置,分枝长度、重心高度等指标,并进行小区测产。通过主成分分析,隶属函数法及聚类分析对43份大豆进行耐密性综合评价,筛选出相对耐密性优良大豆资源。结果表明:10个单项指标可转化为4个相对独立的综合指标,运用隶属函数法及聚类分析等方法将43份资源按耐密性强弱分为4类,黑河42及HLT8-黑河13两份材料为耐密品种,佳密豆6号等12份材料为较耐密品种,黑河30等20份材料为中间型品种,黑河37等9份材料为相对不耐密品种。
