一株野生鸡腿菇菌株驯化及产量性状的研究

- 为选育适合黑龙江省栽培的优良草腐菌菌种,推进秸秆基料化利用,利用组织分离法获得了野生鸡腿菇菌株龙白1号,研究了其菌丝生长特点和产量性状。结果表明:该菌株可以利用葡萄糖作为碳源、蛋白胨作为氮源进行培养;采用脱袋覆土栽培方式,产量为456.50 g?袋-1,商品率为75.83%。
