文冠果嫩枝扦插繁育技术研究

- 为筛选出适宜文冠果的最佳繁殖方法,探讨了不同药剂对文冠果嫩枝扦插生根效果的影响,采用单因素多重比较法,对药剂种类和浓度进行了比较研究。结果表明:不同生长调节剂种类和浓度对文冠果嫩枝扦插生根效果均达到了显著水平,最佳的处理为浓度500 mg?L-1的IBA+NAA(1∶1),生根率达77.78%,平均生根数量为23.33条。
