五种校园绿化植物花浸提液的抑菌效果比较

- 为指导校园绿化植物选择,本试验研究了5种校园绿化植物不同浸提液对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。结果表明:不同植物的3种花浸提液对3种细菌均有抑制作用,同一植物不同浸提液、不同植物之间的抑菌效果存在差异,其中酒精浸提液的抑菌效果最佳,蒸馏水浸提液的抑菌效果最差,紫叶桃对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果好,郁香忍冬对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显。
