电导法测定沙棘枝条半致死温度的研究

- 为促进沙棘抗寒性育种,试验以10种沙棘一年生休眠枝条为试材,通过实验室模拟低温冻害胁迫,测定不同低温条件下细胞电解质外渗率,并结合Logistic方程得出半致死温度,对不同品种沙棘抗寒性进行研究。结果表明:随着温度降低,细胞电解质外渗率呈“S”形曲线,在-40~-35 ℃时枝条电解质渗出趋于稳定,植株细胞受到不可逆冻害。10种沙棘抗寒性顺序依次为芬兰>杂54>无刺丰>晚黄> 2012-11> 201319>巨人>深秋红>201307>201308。
