- 为初步探讨楼葱与马铃薯轮作的可能性,采用随机区组设计法,测定了不同浓度楼葱浸提液处理下马铃薯生长和光合作用指标。结果表明:楼葱浸提液对马铃薯的生长具有低浓度促进高浓度抑制的现象,10 g?L-1楼葱浸提液显著促进了马铃薯株高生长和光合速率,对马铃薯的胞内CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均无明显影响;20 g?L-1处理的株高大于对照,但除光合速率以外的光合指标受到了抑制;而40 g?L-1显著抑制了株高和光合速率,以及胞内CO2浓度、蒸腾速率和气孔导度。另外,10~40 g?L-1处理对马铃薯叶片数均无明显影响作用。说明楼葱浸提液浓度为10 g?L-1时能够促进马铃薯生长和光合作用,提高光合效率,40 g?L-1时则相反。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore the possibility of rotation of Allium cepa L. and potato,the growth and photosynthesis indexes of potato were determined by the method of random block design.The results showed that the growth of potato was inhibited by low concentration of Allium cepa L.extract,and the plant height growth and photosynthetic rate of potato were significantly promoted by 10 g?L-1 Allium cepa L.extract,but there was no significant effect on the intracellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of potato.The plant height of 20 g?L-1 treatment was higher than that of the control,but the photosynthetic index except photosynthetic rate was inhibited,while 40 g?L-1 significantly inhibited plant height and photosynthetic rate,as well as intracellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance.In addition,10-40 g?L-1 treatment had no significant effect on the number of potato leaves.The results showed that when the concentration of the extract was 10 g?L-1,it could promote the growth and photosynthesis of potato,and improve the photosynthetic efficiency,while 40 g?L-1was the opposite.
