- 为丰富本地食用菌种质资源,以绥化学院校园内发现的3种野生食用菌为试验材料,对3种食用菌进行菌种分离、菌丝体生物特性测定及栽培试验。结果表明:两种野生食用菌菌丝体生长情况良好,且可以正常出菇,其子实体商品性状好;另一种菌丝体生长情况良好,常规栽培下未出菇;3种食用菌菌丝体都适宜在秸秆培养料下生长。
- Abstract:
- In order to enrich the germplasm resources of local edible fungi,three kinds of wild edible fungi found in the campus of Suihua University were used as experimental materials to carry out strain separation,mycelium biological characteristics determination and cultivation test.The results showed that the mycelia of two kinds of wild edible fungi grew well,and they could grow normally,and their fruiting bodies had good commercial properties; the mycelium of the other kind grew well,and they did not grow in the conventional cultivation; the mycelium of three kinds of edible fungi were suitable for growing in the straw culture.
