- 为探索农业大省的现代农业高质量发展新路，本文运用实证与对比分析法，研究概述了供给侧改革下黑龙江省现代农业高质量发展态势，突出问题导向，聚焦争当全方位、高质量、有内涵的现代农业排头兵，从路径入手，提出了推进黑龙江省现代农业高质量发展的多维方式。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore a new way for the development of modern agriculture with high quality in large agricultural provinces,this paper used empirical and comparative analysis,the study summarized the development trend of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province under supply-side reform,highlighting problem orientation,focus on becoming a leading force in modern agriculture with all-round,high-quality and connotation,starting from the path,this paper put forward a multi-dimensional way to promote the high-quality development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
