月季组培快繁技术研究进展

- 为降低月季生产成本,提高生产速度与产品质量,促进研究与生产相结合。本文介绍了月季组培快繁技术的研究概况,着重阐述了外植体选择与消毒、培养基和激素及移栽基质的选择、月季无菌播种、褐变与玻璃化产生原因及预防等内容,并对月季组培快繁技术的研究与开发进行了初步探讨。
